The system reads public property records at scale and scores which homeowners are actually likely to sell, and open to something other than a plain cash sale. That is where the sellers I talk to come from: not a purchased list, but the records themselves, read continuously.
It finds buyers every week.
Every week it reads public sales records to find the people who actually closed on houses recently: cash buyers, buyers who took over a loan, buyers who took a seller carryback. That is the bench a deal gets matched against, and it is why what I send a buyer fits what they buy.
An assistant handles the first conversation.
The AI layer, SARA, does the first outreach and the first replies, so nobody gets a robo-blast and no one waits days for a human to notice. When it matters, it’s me on the line.
