What this site is. Information about how I buy houses and work with sellers, agents, and investors, plus forms to start a conversation with me. Nothing here is legal, tax, or investment advice, and nothing here is a binding offer to buy or sell any property — every deal is settled in its own written agreement.

Your submissions. When you submit information you confirm it’s accurate and it’s yours to share. Property conversations depend on what you tell me; numbers discussed before a written agreement are estimates, not commitments.

Messaging and calling. When you tick the consent box and submit a form on this site, you give 16361030 Canada Inc. (doing business as bryce.xyz) your prior express written consent to contact you at the number you provided, by text message and by telephone call, about buying or selling your property. You agree those texts and calls may be made using automated technology, an automatic telephone dialing system, and a prerecorded or artificial voice — including an AI assistant named SARA who may place and hold the call on my behalf. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to end messages, or HELP for help; you may also tell SARA or me to stop calling and we will. Your consent is not a condition of buying or selling anything, and you can reach me without it — submit the form without the box ticked, or email me directly. The SMS program terms and Privacy Policy also apply.

The usual limits. The site is provided as-is; I don’t guarantee it’s always available or error-free, and content can change without notice. Site content belongs to 16361030 Canada Inc. and may not be scraped or republished without permission.
